What is mentoring?
Being alive in this moment can be both breathtakingly beautiful and deeply overwhelming. The world is changing rapidly—politics shifting, climate crises deepening—all while you carry your own struggles, emotions, and questions that deserve care, attention, and support.

I understand the weight of navigating a world in crisis while striving to make a meaningful contribution. I also recognize the challenge of maintaining personal well-being amidst it all.

As I walk my own path toward becoming a therapist in the coming years, I already offer mentoring—holding space for you as you navigate life’s transitions, make sense of uncertainty, and find your own way to exist in a world that so often feels heavy.

Mentoring empowers you to uncover your inner strengths, embrace new opportunities, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity.

In our sessions online, we’ll explore your unresolved questions and current doubts in a supportive space where emotions, ideas, and insights can naturally emerge. I may offer exercises and worksheets to help you reflect and integrate your learnings between sessions, deepening your growth.

I believe that everyone deserves support—someone who can hold space for the full complexity of who we are and guide us through feelings of uncertainty, overwhelm, and doubt toward a place of clarity, confidence, and peace.

How do we start?
We begin with an online introductory session where we explore the topics you’d like to work on and discuss the type of support that best fits your needs. This is a space to clarify your goals, understand how I can support you, and ensure we’re a good fit for working together.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule our first full session. Depending on your needs, sessions can be one-time deep dives or part of an ongoing mentoring process. Between sessions, I may provide exercises, reflection prompts, or resources to help you integrate insights into your daily life.

Our work together is flexible and tailored to you—whether you seek clarity on a specific challenge, long-term guidance through a life transition, or a space to process and reflect, I’ll meet you where you are.

How much does it cost?
50 minutes online session costs €40.

I believe that support should be accessible, so if cost is a concern, feel free to reach out—we may be able to find a solution that works for you.
Sessions can be booked individually or as part of an ongoing mentoring process, depending on your needs.
