Hello

About Me

Having lived across the world, I have experienced firsthand what it means to redefine yourself and find new means of support. My career has spanned multiple fields—from a foundation in law to earning a living through music, movement, bodywork and mentoring. I have consulted and trained frontline social and environmental movements, and facilitated learning experiences for diverse groups across continents. My work has taken me to Vancouver, Rio de Janeiro, Brighton, Luang Prabang, and beyond, always exploring the intersection of personal growth and global engagement. I care deeply about the planet, and my research in psychology explores what it means to live in a world facing constant crisis. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, I have also trained in body-centered mentoring through various forms of bodywork, with a strong focus on somatics.

I value kindness, humor, and presence. These life principles guided me to purchase and manage a farmland, where I now live with my partner and rescued animals. Currently, I also work in a hospital, providing psychoemotional support and mental health workshops for medical personnel—helping them navigate stress, grief, and the complexities of frontline care. This work has deepened my understanding of resilience, empathy, and the essential need for support in high-pressure environments.

Beyond the hospital setting, I have designed and facilitated training programs on mental health, embodied facilitation, and sustainable well-being across Europe and beyond. From tackling eco-anxiety in community workshops to guiding leaders in resilience-building, my approach is rooted in experience, research, and a deep commitment to those navigating transitions—whether professional, personal, or geographical.

Wherever you are in the world, I meet you there.
